Model: RCMRCM Heat Insulation Profile Rolling Compound Machine
Rolling machine is to ensure that the heat insulation strip and aluminum profile closely combined and vertical key equipment. The roller press USES three sets of six rollers to press the aluminum profiles slots which have been inserted into the heat insulation strip. Four sets of polyurethane rollers are equipped in between to adjust the straightness and perpendicularity of the composite profiles at any time. The pressure gauge shows the rolling pressure when the pressed part is rolled. At the same time, the position displays the distance number of two groups of rolling cutter disks.
